These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LYRA YOGA online store at lyraglobal.shop/ and all purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including materials, sizes and colors. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Size charts are a guide; if you are unsure, contact us before ordering. Grip socks improve traction but cannot eliminate the risk of slipping – always check the grip on your surface and follow your instructor’s guidance.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we ship the items and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order – for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.
5. Prices and sales tax
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and is shown, together with shipping charges, before you complete your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
6. Payment
We accept payment through Amazon Pay. Amazon Pay payments are processed by Amazon Payments, Inc. under its own terms and privacy notice. Your payment is processed through Amazon Pay when you place your order. We do not store your full card details.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, costs and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the items are delivered to your shipping address.
8. Returns and refunds
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited to one per order unless stated otherwise.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website – including text, images, logos and design – is owned by LYRA GLOBAL LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to scrape content.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or our policies, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYRA GLOBAL LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LYRA GLOBAL LLC from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your state of residence require otherwise.
16. Dispute resolution
If you have a concern, please contact us first at admin@lyraglobal.shop – most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah and brought in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
