This Privacy Policy explains how LYRA GLOBAL LLC ("LYRA YOGA", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit the LYRA YOGA online store at lyraglobal.shop/ or buy from us, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Identifiers and contact information you provide: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address.
- Order (commercial) information: products purchased, order amounts, order history, returns and communications with us.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive limited information such as payment status, payment method type and, where provided by the processor, the last digits of a card.
- Device and usage information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring page and dates/times of visits, collected through server logs, cookies and similar technologies.
- Approximate location derived from your IP address or shipping address (for example, to calculate sales tax and shipping).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined by U.S. state privacy laws.
3. How we use information
- To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and refunds, and send order and shipping updates.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer service.
- To calculate taxes and shipping, prevent fraud, and keep our store secure.
- To operate, maintain and improve our website.
- To send marketing emails if you have signed up for them (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email).
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our store, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- Amazon Pay (Amazon Payments, Inc.): if you pay with Amazon Pay, Amazon Payments, Inc. processes your payment and shares with us the name, email address, shipping address and payment status needed to fulfill your order. - Shipping carriers: the shipping carriers we use to deliver your order, which receive your name, shipping address and, where needed for delivery notifications, your email or phone number.
- Website hosting: our website and store data are hosted by our hosting provider (Hostinger).
- E-commerce platform: our store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, installed on our own hosting.
- Legal and safety: where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (for example, to keep items in your cart and complete checkout). We do not currently use advertising cookies or advertising pixels. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working.
6. Sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so and provide any opt-out choices required by law.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
7. Notice for California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may give you the following rights:
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax purposes).
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (see section 6).
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information – we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
Categories collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); customer records (billing and shipping address); commercial information (purchase history); internet or other electronic network activity (browsing and interaction with our site); and geolocation data (approximate location from IP address). The sources, purposes and recipients are described in sections 2–4. We keep each category only as long as described in section 9.
8. Other U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (for example, in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states) may give you similar rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal information or profiling. We extend these rights to all U.S. customers where reasonably possible, regardless of whether the law applies to us.
How to make a request: email admin@lyraglobal.shop with the subject “Privacy request” or call +1 (937) 830-4960. We will verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we hold (for example, your order number and email address), and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the subject “Privacy appeal”.
9. How long we keep information
We keep order and transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep customer service communications and server logs only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. If you sign up for marketing emails, we keep your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
10. Children’s privacy (COPPA)
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
Our website uses HTTPS (TLS) encryption. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers. We limit access to personal information to people who need it to run our store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
