What are grip socks for?
Grip socks have a non-slip pattern on the sole to give you more traction on studio floors, mats and Pilates reformers. Many studios require them for hygiene and safety reasons.
Which style should I choose?
- Toeless: open toes so your toes can spread and grip naturally – popular for Pilates and barre.
- Five-toe: each toe is covered separately for warmth and toe separation.
- Half-toe: five separate toe sleeves that stop below the tips of your toes.
- Classic ankle: a regular sock shape with a grip sole – easy to put on.
- Ballet strap: criss-cross straps over the top of the foot for a secure, stylish fit.
- Crew / knee-high: extra coverage for warmth and leg coverage on equipment.
What sizes are available?
Our socks come in two sizes. Use your usual U.S. shoe size:

What are the socks made of?
Fiber content and country of origin are listed on each product page and on the sock label.
How do I wash them?
Please follow the care instructions on the product page and label. As a general tip, washing inside out and air-drying helps keep the grip pattern in good condition.
Do grip socks prevent all slipping?
No sock can eliminate the risk of slipping. Grip socks improve traction on most studio surfaces, but always take care and follow your instructor’s guidance.
Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Amazon Pay [and OTHER PAYMENT METHODS – list only methods that are live, or delete]. With Amazon Pay you can check out using the payment and shipping information stored in your Amazon account. All payments are processed over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Do your prices include sales tax?
No. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax. Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, and shown before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Email admin@lyraglobal.shop as soon as possible with your order number.

Where do you ship?

How long does delivery take?

Returns & refunds
Can I return my order?

Who pays for return shipping?
