This Cookie Policy explains how LYRA GLOBAL LLC (“LYRA”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies on lyraglobal.shop (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. We sell to customers in the United States only.
1. What are cookies and pixels?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser or device. Pixels (also called tags or beacons) are small pieces of code that load from a third party and can read or set cookies and send information about your visit to that party. We use both. Some are needed for the Site to work; others help us measure our advertising and, with your permission or where the law allows, show you more relevant ads.
2. Categories we use
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies (always on)
These make the store work: keeping items in your cart, completing checkout, keeping you logged in, securing the Site and remembering your cookie choices. They are not used for advertising. You can block them in your browser settings, but parts of the Site (cart, checkout, My account) will not work.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
woocommerce_items_in_cart, woocommerce_cart_hash | WooCommerce (first party) | Tells the Site that your cart has items and detects cart changes. | Session |
wp_woocommerce_session_* | WooCommerce (first party) | Stores your cart and checkout session. | About 2 days |
wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wp-settings-* | WordPress (first party) | Keeps you signed in to your account (only if you log in). | Session to 14 days |
cmplz_* (for example cmplz_banner-status, cmplz_policy_id, cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing) | Complianz (first party) | Remembers your cookie consent choices so we do not ask you again on every page. | Up to 12 months |
2.2 Functional and measurement cookies
| Cookie / service | Set by | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sbjs_* (for example sbjs_current, sbjs_first, sbjs_session) | WooCommerce Order Attribution (first party) | Records how you arrived at the Site (for example from an ad or a link) so that we can tell which channels lead to orders. This information is stored with your order. | Session to 6 months |
| Site statistics and checkout services | Automattic / Jetpack / WooPayments, Amazon Pay (when you choose them at checkout) | Basic Site statistics, fraud prevention and payment processing. These providers may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. | Varies |
2.3 Marketing and advertising cookies and pixels
We advertise our products through AppLovin (including its Axon advertising platform). When marketing cookies are enabled, an AppLovin pixel loads from s.axon.ai and res4.applovin.com and may set cookies on your browser. The pixel collects information about your visit and actions on the Site, such as pages and products viewed, items added to cart and purchases, together with your IP address, device and browser information and cookie or advertising identifiers. AppLovin uses this information to measure the performance of our ads, to optimize delivery, and to show ads to people who are more likely to be interested in our products, which can include personalized advertising across apps and websites.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_axwrt | AppLovin / Axon (third party) | Identifies your browser so that ad clicks and visits can be matched to conversions on the Site. | Up to about 1 year |
_axeid (and similar Axon identifiers) | AppLovin / Axon (third party) | Stores an ad click or event identifier for attribution and ad optimization. | Varies |
In the United States, the AppLovin (Axon) pixel loads by default, and you can opt out at any time using the cookie banner, our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page, or a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. Cookie names and lifetimes are set by AppLovin and can change; see the AppLovin Privacy Policy for details. We do not control AppLovin’s own processing of data under its policy.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Under some U.S. state privacy laws (for example in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia), making data available to an advertising partner through cookies and pixels for advertising purposes may be considered “sharing” of personal information or “targeted advertising”. You can opt out at any time as described below.
3. How to manage your choices
- Cookie banner: use the Manage Consent button (bottom of the screen, or the link in our footer) to change your settings at any time.
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: use the link in the footer or go to lyraglobal.shop/opt-out-preferences to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising and to submit a privacy request.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising for that browser. Where our consent tool is configured to honor the “Do Not Track” browser setting, we respect that signal as well.
- AppLovin: you can also make a request directly to AppLovin at applovin.com/en/privacy-data-request and review its opt-out options in its privacy policy.
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies (see your browser’s Help menu). Blocking cookies may prevent the cart and checkout from working. Clearing cookies will also remove your saved consent choice, so you may be asked again.
- Interest-based ads in general: you can use industry tools such as optout.aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance) and optout.networkadvertising.org (Network Advertising Initiative), and the privacy settings on your mobile device.
Opting out of targeted advertising does not stop all advertising; you may still see ads that are not based on your activity on our Site.
4. Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
Our Site is directed to customers in the United States and we ship only within the United States. If you nevertheless visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we will not set non-essential cookies (analytics or marketing, including the AppLovin pixel) unless you give your consent through the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the Manage Consent button; withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interest in operating the Site. For further information on your rights and how we use personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the technologies we use or when the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
